European Lung Foundation organized this networking event on the 2nd of September – virtually.

The main theme was digital health: Prof. Anita Simonds, ERS president, summarized the main findings of the ERS Presidential Summit held earlier this year. It was followed by the presentation of Pascal Lardier about the new and active roles of patient associations in the new digital world and patient organizations provided insight into some of their most recent initiatives like home spirometry, assistance provided during the COVID-19 pandemic.

The afternoon continued with break-out sessions, where we were one of the facilitators and the day was closed by Prof. Marc Humbert, ERS President elect and Hans Kjeld, ELF president.

The Bulgarian Society of Patients with Pulmonary Hypertension (BSPPH), Pulmonary Hypertension Ukrainian Rare Disease Association (PHURDA) and PHA Europe submitted e-posters, which are available from here.
